Do you want to start traveling, but aren’t sure where to start? Well, look no further, this article is filled with tips that can help you make the right decisions on the kind of places you want to travel to. Look through this article and see what information applies to you.
During your trip if you’re staying at many different hotels, you can rest assured there is an easy and cost effective gift you can give your friends as a souvenir. Collect all of the little samples such as shampoos, body washes, body lotions and coffee packets that hotels give out, put them in a basket and give them away as gifts to your friends. It makes a nice gift because it gives a taste of culture from different hotels and is cost effective to you for making a friendly gesture.

When you are traveling on a cruise ship, make an effort to talk with other passengers during formal dinners. Most ships will put you at a big table with some people that you don’t know. Have fun and talk to everyone that you meet. You’ll be seeing them every day, and you may learn a few things about the ship in the process.
When you take a flight, be sure to carry a bag on-board with you with the essentials that you could not live without, such as your prescription medicines, cpap machine, glasses, diabetes medications and extra clothes. If you placed these important items in luggage and checked the luggage at the airport, there is a chance the luggage may get lost. Just pack an overnight bag with the important items you need and take it on-board with you to avoid lost luggage.
A savvy travel tip everyone can use is to seek out restaurants that are popular with local residents, rather than selecting eateries that cater to tourists. By dining where the natives dine, you will gain greater cultural exposure, eat better food, and have a far more authentic experience than a tourist trap restaurant could ever offer.
Anyone who’s ever been on a cruise knows how much all the hallways and doors look the same. To make finding your door easier, bring a photo of your family pet or something (nothing personal!) and attach it to your door with a Christmas bow. This will help you easily identify which room is yours.
To be truly prepared for travel when packing your clothes, have something for all seasons. Even if its summer where you are going, the climate can still be very different than you are used to. Include both the swimsuit and a good jacket just in case. Even the Bahamas get cool on rare occasions.
Now that you have a better idea about how you want to go about traveling, you should already have an idea of what you want to do. The information in this article is helpful, but only if you retain it. It might be a good idea for you to reread this article until you remember everything in it so you can use it, whenever necessary.

I always wonder why sane people will pay hard-earned money to go see
murders, disasters, espionage, and dark-themed movies that
some guy thought up. If I go to any movie, I want to come away feeling
good and but these shows are few and far between. Tonight
and tomorrow you can watch a real disaster "live" from Haiti which has
just taken a huge punch from a 7.0 Tune in and see what
real disaster is, and how it is all handled by those caring humanitarian
aides and organizations. No one made this one up.
The point is _to take it with you_, not to go back for it. A kit should be designed to contain the things you are most likely to need in the event of a disaster. If you live in a hurricane area, maybe not a tent, but a tarp to spread on some patch of dry land or roof. Everything in it should be in a waterproof container.
The minimum is water, food, crankable radio, light source.
Rope, binoculars, street and sewer maps, compass, crank powered radio, all I can think of at the moment, sure lots more
Well, basically you need to think:
1. Food.
2. Water
3. Shelter
4. Staying warm and dry
5. Sanitation / First Aid
6. Being able to see
7. Evasion / Defense
8. Tools
Simple
-Hot girl to new population with (zombie scenario)
-Food
-Optimus Prime for protection (haha joking)
Honestly emergency kits that you can put together are listed online and preparing for a zombie apocalypse would be a waste of your time. Last i checked zombies are a monster of video games and hollywood.
Most commercial survival kits are meant to keep you alive for 72 hours or so. There are some very nice prepackaged survival kits on the market these days. They typically divide their contents into 6 or 7 categories: Food & Water, Shelter, Light & Communications, First Aid, Sanitation, Search and Resue and Packaging. It looks like you have added a "Defense" category.
Here is an example of in a typical 4 person- 3 day disaster survival kit:
FOOD & WATER
(4) ER™ Food Bars
(12) ER™ Water Boxes w/ Straws
(50) ER™ Water Purification Tablets
SHELTER
(4) ER™ Emergency Blankets
(4) ER™ Ponchos With Hood
LIGHTING & COMMUNICATION
(1) AM/FM Radio
(1) Shake Light
(1) ER™ Green Lightstick
FIRST AID
(1) Medium Sized First Aid Kit
SEARCH & RESCUE
(1) Safety Whistle
(4) Dust Masks
(1) Pair Vinyl Gloves
SANITATION
(1) Snap-on Toilet Seat (optional)
(4) Tissue Packs
PACKAGING
(1) ER™ 5 Gallon Bucket Container
The food and water in these kits is just enough to survive – you are not going to feel like you just left McDonalds so I would pack more food and water. After reading many survival type websites, another recurring idea is to have lots of cash on hand. This seems to be the first thing to run-out during a disaster.
Good luck!
1. A revolver would be a terrible choice because you only have six rounds before reloading. 2. Your an idiot if you really are preparing for this stuff. 3. There will never be another Hurricane Katrina because that named was retired. 4. There will never be a zombie apocalypse. 5. If there was an Since scientists know that the San Andreas Fault could "slip" at any time. So there would be warning signs and the city would be evacuated. 6. waste your time or money doing any of this. 7. If it ever does happen then oh well.
screwed. Consider it a lesson learned and be glad it 15,000.00…. You could sue then in small claims or them to the BBB, but I think it would matter much. You could also contact the radio station and complain, and them to the BBB.
a gun and a hooker
Some kind of a radio powered by a dynamo (hand crank) or solar power.
COPIES of documents license, property deeds, vehicle titles, bank account numbers, etc…) assuming civilization is restored.
Change of clothing – and extra base layers.
Extra batteries (make sure the flashlights have LED lamps)
Headlamp is a good idea for hands free illumination.
Duct tape – always travel with duct tape.
Signal mirror.
A good length of strong rope – think climbing rope.
More than one knife – a "survival" style knife has its purposes, but think about adding a general utility knife as well.
An extra first aid kit, and extra medication (if you have any prescription needs, make sure you pack extra).
Water filter, iodine tablets, and / or a steripen.
A paper map of the local area – topographic would be useful, but a street map would be good too.
Those are a few things to with, in addition to the list you
Most of this stuff can be found at any of the stores you listed, but the water filter you may want to get from a more "professional" source like Eastern Mountain Cabelas, etc…
When it comes to guns, decide what you want one or more for. Are they for self-defense? Hunting? Mechanically, a revolver is a good choice – there are few things to go wrong. Pick a common caliber so you can easily obtain ammunition, and pick one that is easy to handle. A .44 magnum is intimidating for self defense, and packs a lot of punch, but hauling around a heavy gun and heavy ammo. If you get a .357 magnum, it can fire both .38 special and .357 magnum rounds. Make sure you practice with it – no good having it in a SHTF situation if you know how to use it. Consider adding a rifle or a shotgun to your kit – and overlook the .22LR.
Write to the Daily New Advenger and get your money back by sounding the alarm on them publically. If you paid for the item by credit card then you should have the records handy. Gd luck.
lol, go onto the zombie survival and defense wiki, all you need to know about a Apocalypse…
Also, I would just take the essentials, and my sword, and go out on basically a suicide mission, to kill as many zombies as possible. I wait for the plague to kill everybody, when I find a good place to team up with some guys, going to act like in a war, get in touch with the military, and set myself up as a gorilla, and try to lessen the amount of zombies there are.
Jim Beam and a skanky woman.
EDIT:
Any other item would simply be a bonus.
with proof of payment go to the station and demand it from the station manager
